文章旨在建立含抑菌成分中药片剂的微生物限度检查方法.实验依据《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版开展方法适用性研究,并进行需氧菌回收比评价.采用 1∶10 供试液按平皿法计数,发现需氧菌计数的金黄色葡萄球菌回收比小于 0.5,而霉菌和酵母菌计数的白念珠菌、黑曲霉的回收比均在0.5~2.为消除抑菌效果,需氧菌计数分别采用 1∶20、1∶50 的供试液按平皿法进行,发现1:20供试液的金黄色葡萄球菌回收比仍小于0.5,1∶50 供试液的各回收比均在 0.5~2.采用常规法进行控制菌检查,在试验组和阳性对照组中均检出了相应的阳性菌.文章采用平皿法进行计数试验,将供试品稀释比例设置为1∶50 进行需氧菌总数计数,设置为 1∶10 进行霉菌和酵母菌计数,同时采用常规法检测控制菌,为含抑菌成分中药片剂确立了有效的微生物限度检查方法.

To establish a microbial limit test method for traditional Chinese medicine tablets containing antibacterial ingredients,the article evaluated the applicability of the method and the recovery ratio of aerobic bacteria based on the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.By using a 1∶10 test solution and the petri dish method for counting,the recovery ratio of aerobic bacteria count for Staphylococcus aureus was less than 0.5,while the recovery ratios for mold and yeast counts for Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger were both between 0.5 and 2.To eliminate the antibacterial effect,aerobic bacteria were counted using the plate method with 1∶20 and 1∶50 test solutions,respectively.The recovery ratio of Staphylococcus aureus in the 1∶20 test solution was still less than 0.5,while the recovery ratios of each 1∶50 test solution were between 0.5 and 2.Conventional methods were used for bacterial control testing,and corresponding positive bacteria were detected in both the experimental group and the positive control group.The petri dish method was used for counting experiments,with a dilution ratio of 1∶50 for aerobic bacterial count and 1∶10 for mold and yeast count.Conventional methods were used for controlling bacterial detection,thus establishing an effective microbial limit test method for traditional Chinese medicine tablets containing antibacterial ingredients.
