Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acid ice stimulation combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in patients with swallowing dysfunction in Parkinson's disease.Methods 78 patients with swallowing dysfunction of Parkinson's disease were divided into control group(39 cases,receiving routine swallowing rehabilitation training)and observation group(39 cases,receiving acid ice stimulation therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation)by random number table method.Both groups were continuously observed for 60 days.The recovery of swallowing function,rehabilitation,nutritional status and complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The scores of normal eating,drinking test,clinical examination and total score in the standard swallowing function scale(SSA)after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and nutritional indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acid and ice stimulation therapy with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can promote the recovery of swallowing function,further improve the rehabilitation effect,improve the nutritional status of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
