Abstract
Blackcurrant is a precious tree species that combines edible and medicinal values.Its fruit contains rich active ingredients such as blackcurrant polyphenol,anthocyanin,and polysaccharide,and has biological functions such as treating cardiovascular diseases,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,regulating gut microbiota,and improving the body's immunity.The article summarized the biological functions of blackcurrant extract and the research progress of its role in animal treatment and disease prevention,providing theoretical basis for its application in related fields.关键词
