Practice and experience of "Three Modernizations" integration in nursing quality management of health management discipline
摘要
Abstract
This article primarily explores the application value of the integration of the "Three Modernizations"(scientifica-tion,informatization,and standardization)in nursing quality management within the health management discipline.Through literature research and practical summaries,the specific applications of scientification,informatization,and stand-ardization in nursing quality management are systematically analyzed.The "Three Modernizations" model effectively raises the level of nursing quality management,specifically by establishing an evidence-based nursing decision-making system in the scientification aspect;constructing an intelligent nursing quality management platform in the informatization aspect;and formulating unified local nursing quality evaluation standards in Guangxi in the standardization aspect.The "Three Moderni-zations" model can markedly promote nursing quality in the health management discipline and is recommended for promotion and application within the industry.关键词
