Abstract
Objective To assess bacterial colony levels on disinfected surfaces in four key public places,namely,childcare centers,elderly care facilities,supermarkets,and hotels,providing evidence for standardizing surface disinfection in key public places.Methods Surface samples were collected from these four types of key public places in Shijiazhuang City.A total of 1 158 post-disinfection surface specimens were analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results The median total bacterial count across all surfaces was 1.00 cfu/cm2,with 90th and 95th percentiles of 4.00 cfu/cm2 and 6.20 cfu/cm2,respectively.Spec-imens from childcare centers(n=252),elderly care facilities(n=263),supermarkets(n=357),and hotels(n=286)showed interquartile ranges(IQRs)for bacterial counts of(0,1.00)cfu/cm2,(0.80,1.60)cfu/cm2,(0,2.00)cfu/cm2,and(1.00,2.00)cfu/cm2,respectively,with significant differences among place types(χ2=82.975,P<0.001).Disin-fectants-75%ethanol,250 mg/L chlorine-based disinfectant,and 500 mg/L chlorine-based disinfectant-yielded IQRs of(1.00,2.40)cfu/cm2,(0,1.00)cfu/cm2,and(0.60,2.00)cfu/cm2,respectively,with significant differences(χ2=104.698,P<0.001).Surfaces including toys/shopping carts,tables/chairs/countertops,escalators/elevators,and door handles/switches exhibited IQRs of(0,2.00)cfu/cm2,(0,1.30)cfu/cm2,(1.00,1.93)cfu/cm2,and(0,2.00)cfu/cm2,respectively,with significant variations(χ2=16.657,P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression indicated significant differences in bacterial count compliance across place types(χ2=7.938,P<0.05).Conclusion Surface disinfection in key public places in Shijiazhuang City is generally effective,with high disinfection standards.关键词
