摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the separation efficiency of active ingredients in natural medicines, the study takes Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen)as the research object, optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction(UAE)process and investigate its application in the separation of active ingredients from natural medicines.A single-factor experiment is conducted to evaluate the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction time, and temperature on the extraction yields of tanshinone Ⅱ A and cryptotanshinone. Finally, the optimal extraction conditions are determined as followed:ultrasonic power of 200 W,extraction time of 35 minutes, and temperature of 35℃.Methodology validation indicates that the process exhibits good precision(SRSD<2.0%),repeatability(SRSD<3.0%),and accuracy(recovery rate of 97.8%-99.8%).Compared with the traditional heating reflux method, the process significantly increases the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A and cryptotanshinone by 20.9%and 18.8%,respectively,while significantly shortening the extraction time. The findings provide a reference for the application of ultrasonic-assisted extraction process in the separation of active ingredients from natural medicines.关键词
