Abstract
The paper analyzes the relationship between the personnel movement frequency and the air germ content in laminar flow operating rooms.A total of 40 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected to record the personnel movement frequency during the operation,and the intraoperative air was sampled by plate exposure method at intervals of half an hour to analyze the relationship between the personnel movement frequency and the air germ content during the operation.With the increase of the personnel movement frequency,the air germ content increases.But when the operation comes to an end after 180 minutes,the personnel movement frequency declines,and the quality of laminar flow purification is improved,so that the air germ content decreases.In laminar flow operating rooms,there is a close relationship between the specific personnel movement frequency and the air germ content during the operation.and the increase of movement frequency will increase the germ content.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the personnel movement frequency to improve the surgical safety.关键词
