Abstract
The objective of the study is to optimize the cell culture process for anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)monoclonal antibodies to enhance the yield and purity of the antibodies.It screened for CHO cell lines that highly express anti-VEGF monoclonal antibodies,and optimized the medium composition and feeding strategies at both the shake flask level and the bioreactor level to achieve an increase in yield and purity.The experimental results demonstrated that the combination of Dynamis basal medium and Efficient Feed C+feed medium,along with a continuous feeding culture method,could achieve the highest monoclonal antibody yield(4.02 g/L)and purity(96.8%).The study provided important experimental data and a theoretical foundation for the process development of anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody biosimilar drugs.关键词
