Application of SPOC teaching model in improving medical licensing examination pass rates for rural order-oriented medical students

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the Small Private Online Course(SPOC)teaching model in enhancing the pass rate of the medical licensing examination among rural order-oriented medical students.Methods A total of 32 rural order-oriented medical students enrolled in the 2022 assistant general practitioner training program were randomly assigned to an ex-perimental group(SPOC teaching,n=16)and a control group(traditional teaching,n=16).Outcome measures included examina-tion pass rates,simulated test scores,learning attitude assessments,and satisfaction surveys.Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher pass rates(P<0.05),outperforming the control group in simulated exam scores(P<0.05),learning attitude metrics(P<0.05),and satisfaction levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The SPOC teaching model effectively improves medical licensing examination performance,enhances learning outcomes,and optimizes educational experiences for rural order-oriented medical students,demonstrating substantial practical value.关键词
