Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of risk prediction-based standardized nursing on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Ninety-two ACI patients admitted to our hospital for acute cerebral infarc-tion from March 2021 to March 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=46)with routine nursing and an observation group(n=46)with risk prediction-based standardized nursing.Outcomes,including Neurological func-tion(assessed via the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS),cognitive function(Montreal Cognitive Assess-ment,MoCA),motor function(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA),and complications(pneumonia,urinary tract infections,pressure ulcers)were evaluated before and at 3 months post-intervention.Results Post-intervention NIHSS scores were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).MoCA and FMA scores in the obser-vation group were markedly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was signifi-cantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prediction-based standardized nursing signifi-cantly improves neurological,cognitive,and motor functions in ACI patients while reducing complications,offering an effec-tive evidence-based nursing strategy.关键词
