泾河流域(平凉段)重金属污染对土壤线虫生态特征影响的研究OA
Effect of Heavy Metal Pollution on Ecological Characteristics of Soil Nematodes in Jinghe River Basin(Pingliang Section)
文章通过对土壤重金属污染情况展开检测分析,探讨了该地区土壤线虫的生态多样性和群落结构变化,为促进该区域生态环境的可持续发展提供了理论依据.在河流沿岸设置采样点,测定土壤样本的重金属含量,计算其重金属污染指数;分离土壤线虫并区分到科与属,计算各样点线虫的c-p类群占比;分析土壤线虫生态指数与重金属污染指数的相关性.土壤样本中检测出Zn含量最高,Cd含量最低;23 及45 采样点存在Zn、Cd重金属轻度污染;所有样本共分离出 10 402 条线虫,且数量最多的是短体科短体属;c-p1~c-p2类群占比最大,为 57.71%;香农-威纳多样性指数H′与重金属污染指数呈负相关.结果表明,重金属污染会影响土壤线虫的数量与种类.随着重金属污染加重,香农-威纳多样性指数H′会显著降低,土壤线虫物种多样性也会减少.
Through the detection and analysis of soil heavy metal pollution,the ecological diversity and community structure changes of soil nematodes in this region were discussed,which provided the theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of ecological environment in this region.The heavy metal content in soil samples was measured and the heavy metal pollution index was calculated at the sampling points along the river.Soil nematodes were separated and classified into families and genera,and the c-p groups of various nematodes were calculated.The correlation between soil nematode ecological index and heavy metal pollution index was analyzed.The content of Zn was the highest and the content of Cd was the lowest in soil samples.The sampling points 23 and 45 were slightly polluted with Zn and Cd.A total of 10 402 nematodes were isolated from all samples,and the largest number of nematodes was Brachysoma.The c-p1-c-p2 group accounted for the largest proportion(57.71%).Shannon-Wiener diversity index H'was negatively correlated with heavy metal pollution index.It indicated that heavy metal pollution could affect the quantity and species of soil nematodes.With the increase of heavy metal pollution,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index H'decreased significantly,and the diversity of soil nematode species decreased.
