Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of scenario-based simulation teaching in pre-hospital emergency train-ing for college students.Methods A total of 333 non-medical students from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance were randomly assigned to a control group(165)and an experimental group(168).The control group was taught using traditional methods,while the experimental group was taught using scenario-based simulation.After the course,all students took uniform standard exams to compare theoretical and practical performance and degree of satisfaction with teach-ing between the two groups.Results The experimental group scored significantly higher in both theoretical and practical as-pects(P<0.05).In cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills,they performed significantly better in compression depth,compression frequency,and chest-compression rebound;for automated external defibrillator(AED)operation,they outper-formed the control group in correct electrode-pad placement and bystander-evacuation prompts significantly(P<0.05).Ad-ditionally,they showed significantly higher humanistic concern and overall satisfaction rates(P<0.05).Conclusion Sce-nario-based simulation teaching in pre-hospital emergency training in a university helps non-medical students grasp key oper-ational points through realistic scenarios,offering better teaching outcomes than traditional methods.关键词
