Abstract
To solve the problem of inconsistent and impractical microbial limit test for ciclopirox olamine cream,an appropriate microbial limit test method was established through research.The recovery ratio of 5 kinds of test bacteria was calculated and the suitability of the text methods was evaluated by comparing the results of different solution extraction treatments,washing amounts,adding methods and detection methods.The extraction method with isopropyl myristate can be used for the preparation of the test liquid for the microbial limit test of cyclopirox olamine cream.The recovery ratios of 5 kinds of tested bacteria were 0.92-1.17 in the counting method test of aerobic bacteria count and mold and yeast count,and the positive control bacteria were able to grow in the applicability test of the control bacteria.The established method was scientific and reliable,which can be used for the microbial limit test of ciclopirox olamine cream,and effectively solve the problems of difficult dissolution and poor antibacterial activity of this drug.关键词
