Abstract
Objective To explore the latent classes and influencing factors of the developmental trajectory of exercise be-havioral intention in patients with hematologic diseases undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods A convenience sample of 83 patients with hematologic diseases undergoing HSCT from the hematology depart-ment of a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.A five-time follow-up survey was conducted within 180 days.The latent class growth model,univariate analysis,and multivari-ate logistic regression analysis were used to identify the latent classes and influencing factors of the developmental trajectory of exercise behavioral intention in patients.Results Three latent classes were identified,which were the moderate-level in-crea-sing group(53.95%),the low-level stable group(15.79%),and the high-level stable group(30.26%).The study re-sults showed that gender,occupation,social support score,behavioral attitude score,and depression score entered the regres-sion equation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The developmental trajectory of exercise be-havioral intention in patients with hematologic diseases undergoing HSCT exhibits heterogeneity and is influenced by gen-der,occupation,social support,behavioral attitude,and depression.关键词
