脊神经根脉冲射频联合臭氧技术治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with spinal nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone technology

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of spinal nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone technology in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 120 PHN patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Bayingol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received spinal nerve root pulsed radiofrequency treatment,while the observation group received spinal nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone technology.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the pain numerical rating scale(NRS)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).How-ever,the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Pitts-burgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).However,the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(2/60),which was lower than the 21.67%(13/60)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Spi-nal nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone technology has a significant therapeutic effect on PHN patients.It helps to improve sleep quality,alleviate pain,and reduce complications.关键词
