弹性颈围联合神经内镜治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床研究
Clinical study on the use of elastic cervical collar combined with neuroendoscopic surgery for chronic subdural hematoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of combining an elastic cervical collar with neuroendoscopic surgery on clini-cal outcomes in patients with chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH).Methods In this retrospective analysis,100 patients with CSDH admitted between March 2023 and June 2024 were assigned to a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)based on treatment regimen.The control group underwent neuroendoscopic evacuation and standard postoperative monitoring.The observation group received the same surgery plus the postoperative wearing of an elastic cervical collar.The clinical effect,clinical indices,degree of coma,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between groups.Results The observation group achieved an overall response rate of 98.0%,significantly higher than the control group's 84.0%(P<0.05).Hematoma clearance was significantly greater and recurrence lower in the observation group than in controls(P<0.05).Length of hospital stay did not differ significantly(P>0.05).Post-treatment Markwalder grades for neurological function in the observation group were significantly improved compared to both their preoperative sta-tus and the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's complication rate was 8.0%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 24.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with CSDH,adding an elastic cervical collar to neuro-endoscopic surgery markedly promotes clinical efficacy,increases hematoma clearance,and reduces recurrence and complica-tions,holding promise for clinical promotion.关键词
