摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of an innovative interactive followup model on medication adherence and selfcare ability in outpatient patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 100 chronic disease patients treated in our outpatient department from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly assigned by random number table to a study group and a control group(50 cases each).The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received nursing under the innovative interactive followup model.The effects of the two approaches were compared.Results Com-pared with the control group,the study group had significantly higher scores in Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA),Scale of Social-skills for Psychiatric Inpatients(SSPI),medical adherence behavior,medication adherence rate,and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36),and significantly lower scores on the Symptom Checklist90(SCL-90)and the General-ized Anxiety Disorder scale(GAD7)(all P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative interactive followup model is effective in outpatient chronic disease patients,promoting medication adherence,medical compliance behaviors,and selfcare ability;rai-sing the quality of life;alleviating negative psychological states;and accelerating recovery of mood and physical signs.It is a highly practical approach.关键词
