风险矩阵法与Borda序值法在备案制中医诊所执业风险评估中的应用
Application of the risk matrix method and the Borda count method in the risk assessment of registered Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics'practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the risk assessment methods for the practice of registered Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinics,and to provide scientific evidence for formulating risk control strategies for these clinics.Methods Adverse practice behavior incidents that occurred in registered TCM clinics in Shanghai during 2018-2023 were selected as the re-search objects.Based on the adverse practice behavior scoring criteria in the adverse practice behavior scoring management measures of medical institutions in shanghai,both quantitative and qualitative analyses were employed to classify the likeli-hood levels and severity grades of the adverse practice risk events.The risk matrix method was then used to evaluate the risk levels of these events,and the Borda count method was applied to rank the risk levels.Results Based on the actual adverse practice risk events in registered TCM clinics in Shanghai from 2018 to 2023,a risk assessment index system comprising 24 indicators was constructed.This system enabled the determination of the risk levels and risk order of the adverse practice e-vents.Conclusion The application of the risk matrix method and the Borda count method in the legal practice risk assess-ment of registered TCM clinics represents a new idea,a new exploration,and a new attempt.This method not only provides a theoretical reference for the risk assessment of registered TCM clinics'practice but also,as a risk management tool,offers scientific evidence for health administrative departments in making reasonable decisions when controlling the practice risks of these clinics.It holds promise for promotion and application.关键词
