基于RBL模式的食品微生物学教学改革研究OA
Research on the Reform of Food Microbiology Teaching Based on RBL Mode
新工科致力于培养兼具创新能力和跨学科综合素质的工程人才,以适应科技行业快速发展的需求.食品微生物学作为农学、食品、水产学等本科专业的基础课程,在其教学工作中提升学生的创新能力和实践能力,培养学生的科研素养已成为新工科时代教学改革的重要内容.文章在食品微生物学课程中引入了"基于研究学习(Research-Based Learning,RBL)"教学法,通过设定食品微生物学相关的科研项目,引导学生以小组为单位开展科创活动.该教学法以解决食品微生物学领域的前沿科学问题为目标,鼓励学生熟练应用从微生物学课程中获得的基础知识和实验技能,充分发挥学生的主动性与团队合作能力,以完成实验设计、数据整理、结果发表等相关步骤.该教学模式的引入将为高校通过科研项目培养本科生的综合素养提供有效参考.
The emerging engineering disciplines aim to cultivate engineering talents with innovative ability and interdisciplinary comprehensive quality,and to meet the demands of the rapidly developing technology industry.Food Microbiology is a fundamental course for undergraduate majors such as agronomy,food science,and aquaculture.In the teaching of Food Microbiology,enhancing students'innovative and practical abilities,as well as cultivating their scientific research quality are important aspects of educational reform in the era of emerging engineering disciplines.In this article,the teaching method of Research-Based Learning(RBL)is introduced in the Food Microbiology course to guide students to conduct scientific and innovative activities in groups by setting up research projects related to food microbiology.In order to address cutting-edge scientific issues in the field of Food Microbiology,this teaching method encourages students to utilize the foundational knowledge and experimental skills gained in the microbiology course,and fully harnesses students'initiative and teamwork abilities to complete relevant experiment designs,data organization,result publication,and other steps.The introduction of this teaching model will provide reference for universities to cultivate undergraduate students'comprehensive quality through research projects.
