摘要

Abstract

With the increasing scale of the receiving-end power grid and the closer electrical connection between the grids,causing continuous rise of short-circuit current,how to take reasonable short-circuit current control measures to effectively limit the short-circuit current is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently at present.Aiming at this problem,a kind of comprehensive optimization configuration method of short-circuit current suppression mea-sures considering safety,efficiency and cost(SEC).Firstly,the SEC rough model is solved by the order optimization algorithm to obtain the candidate set of the comprehensive optimization allocation scheme of the current limiting mea-sures,and the Pareto non-dominated solution set is further obtained by the accurate model.Then,the optimal alloca-tion scheme of current limiting measures is obtained by using SECnormalized index evaluation.Finally,the feasibili-ty of the optimal scheme is proved by analyzing the short-circuit current and transient voltage stability of the power grid under the optimal allocation scheme of the optimal current limiting measures.Based on the actual power grid ex-ample in a certain area of Hunan province,the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed comprehensive optimal al-location method of current limiting measures applied to the actual power grid are verified.
