Long-term Effect of Antibiotic Use on Microbial Diversity in the Digestive System
摘要
Abstract
The digestive tract is the area with the richest microbial community in the human body.Microorganisms play an important role in maintaining host health,regulating immune responses,and participating in nutritional metabolism.However,the use of antibiotics often leads to significant changes in microbial communities,and causes a decrease in diversity and the related health issues.The loss of microbial diversity can affect the digestion,and lead to metabolic diseases,immune deficiencies,and other chronic diseases.The article explored in depth the long-term effect of antibiotic use on the microbial diversity in the digestive system,in the hope of providing scientific basis for the rationalization of antibiotic use and the protection of microbial communities,and promoting the improvement of public health and clinical practice.关键词
