从《小儿药证直诀》探析钱乙运用矿物类药经验
Analysis of QIAN Yi's Experience in Using Mineral Chinese Medicine from Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijie

Abstract
Mineral Chinese medicine refers to a kind of traditional Chinese medicine that uses raw minerals,processed products of mineral raw materials,and fossils of animals or animal bones as medicines.It has a long history and a wide range of efficacy.There are 122 prescriptions in the whole book of Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijie,involving 189 kinds of Chinese medicine.Among them,there are 55 prescriptions using mineral Chinese medicine,accounting for up to 45.08%(55/122),involving 34 kinds of mineral Chinese medicine,most of which are toxic.In clinical practice,the dosage of QIAN Yi is precise and appropriate,and the disease is stopped immediately.In particular,he pays attention to reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency,and is good at using mineral Chinese medicine to treat children's heat syndrome,convulsion,epilepsy,malnutrition,sore rash,insect pain and other diseases.关键词
