Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on intervention outcomes, renal function, and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods One hundred patients undergoing hemodi-alysis at our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and an ob-servation group using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group underwent aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise.Intervention outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Post-intervention,the observation group exhibited significantly lower levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, and cystatin C compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also demonstrated higher maximum oxygen uptake, metabolic equivalents,60-second sit-to-stand test counts, grip strength, and quality of life scores than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of aerobic and resistance exercise interventions in patients who receive hemodialysis improves renal function, enhances cardiopulmo-nary endurance and physical performance, elevates quality of life, and promotes better prognosis. This approach is clinically valuable for implementation.关键词
