基于"木郁达之"探讨李东垣吐法学术思想
LI Dongyuan's academic thoughts on the emetic therapy based on the principle of"relieving stagnation of liver qi"
摘要
Abstract
LI Dongyuan believed that the emetic therapy has the effect of soothing the liver and relieving de-pression,and it is particularly efficacious for syndromes of liver qi stagnation induced by food retention.When ap-plying emetic therapy,it is essential to accurately apprehend the pathological characteristics,namely,"food accumu-lation in the spleen and stomach and lung qi stagnation impairs the liver".This should be integrated with specific pulse manifestations,such as"the presence of a palpable pulse in the upper body regions while an absence in the lower ones"and"the qi kou pulse being three times larger than the ren ying pulse".Simultaneously,the implemen-tation of emetic therapy is predicated on the normal physiological function of the spleen and stomach and the locali-zation of excess pathogenic factors in the upper energizer.Clinicians should adhere to the principle of"initially at-tempting to induce vomiting by probing methods and then resorting to medicinal means".The selection of emetic methods should be made with great prudence to minimize the potential harm to the body.During the treatment course,due attention must be paid to protecting the spleen and stomach,strictly observing the contraindications,and meticulously conducting post-treatment conditioning.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the distinctive features of LI Dongyuan's application of emetic therapy and exploring the underlying theoretical connotations,this study aims to provide valuable insights and practical guidance for contemporary clinical practice,thereby contributing to the in-heritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory in the modern context.关键词
