A Multi-objective Model for Coordinated Slot Reallocation with Curfew Constraints

Abstract
To meet the needs of coordinated decision-making,this study examines the flight recovery problem of flight delay and airport curfew violations caused by airport capacity reduction,while considering the demands of air traffic control authorities,airlines and airports.Taking the interests of both airlines and passengers into account,a multi-objective coordinated slot reallocation model is proposed to minimize the total delay cost of airlines and the total delay time of passengers.Finally,combining with the flight delay data from an airport,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified,while a sensitivity analysis is conducted.Results show that the proposed multi-objective flight recovery model improves efficiency in resource optimization and task scheduling,especially in alleviating the delay time of heavy and medium-sized aircraft.Under the condition of limited airport capacity,the optimization of slot allocation achieves an improvement of over 26%,effectively reducing the impact of curfews on normal operations of flights.Based on these results,the study provides a scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for airlines in time slot reallocation.关键词
