Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of tourniquet combined with exsanguination on the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after arthroscopic debridement in patients with ankle impingement syndrome,and to provide scien-tific evidence to support clinical decision-making.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 65 patients with ankle impingement syndrome who underwent arthroscopic debridement at our hospital between June 2022 and October 2023.Based on the use of intraoperative exsanguination,patients were divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=32).The control group received a standard pneumatic tourniquet,while the observation group received exsangui-nation in addition to the pneumatic tourniquet.Surgical parameters were compared between the two groups,and the inci-dence of postoperative DVT was analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operative time be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had significantly less intraoperative and postoperative blood loss compared to the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative day 7,hemoglobin and hematocrit levels were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Additionally,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine use of exsanguination during ankle arthroscopic debridement was associated with a reduced risk of lower limb DVT and may serve as an effective intraoperative strategy for thrombosis prevention in clinical practice.关键词
