江苏籍大一新生2019-2022年艾滋病知识、行为变化趋势及影响因素分析
Trend and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS knowledge and behavior among freshmen of Jiangsu origin from 2019 to 2022

Abstract
Objective To examine trends and influencing factors in HIV/AIDS knowledge and related behaviors among fresh-men with Jiangsu as the native place from 2019 to 2022,providing theoretical guidance for HIV prevention and treatment in-terventions in young students.Methods From 2019 to 2022,a multistage stratified random sampling selected freshmen of Jiangsu origin at 20 universities in Jiangsu Province.A selfdesigned online questionnaire assessed participants'HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness and behavior.Trend tests,multiple linear regression,and logistic regression were used to analyze changes in knowledge and behavior over time and identify influencing factors.Results A total of 33,944 valid responses were collected.The overall HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness rate was 88.7%.Annual awareness rates were 87.6%,87.4%,90.2%,and 89.5%for 2019-2022,respectively,showing an upward trend(χ2 trend=30.345,P<0.001).The rate of reported sexual behavior was 3.3%,with annual rates of 3.4%,3.6%,3.6%,and 2.5%,showing a downward trend(χ2 trend=9.061,P=0.003).Among the 1,112 students who had engaged in sexual activity,the mean age at first in-tercourse was(17.0±3.3)years;this age did not change significantly over time(F=2.763,P=0.307).The proportion consistently using condoms was 57.2%,with annual rates of 51.9%,56.6%,61.5%,and 58.9%,showing an upward trend(χ2 trend=4.573,P=0.032).Logistic regression identified that school type,region of origin,gender,ethnicity,moth-er's education level,mother's occupation,onlychild status,and high school residence mode influenced HIV/AIDS knowl-edge awareness.Furthermore,school type,gender,family residence,father's occupation,per capita monthly household in-come,and high school residence mode influenced the occurrence of sexual behavior;and gender,ethnicity,per capita monthly household income,and onlychild status influenced consistent condom use.Conclusion HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness and related behaviors among Jiangsuorigin freshmen improved from 2019 to 2022.Targeted,factorbased HIV health education in schools should be further implemented to sustain and enhance prevention and control effects.关键词
