Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),osteopontin(OPN),and in-terleukin-2(IL-2)in patients with chronic hepatitis B,and their correlation with the degree of liver fibrosis. Methods A to-tal of 122 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were enrolled.Accord-ing to the degree of liver fibrosis(assessed by liver biopsy),they were divided into a no fibrosis group(n=27),mild fibro-sis group(n=28),moderate fibrosis group(n=34),and severe fibrosis group(n=33).Serum samples were collected from all four groups to determine the levels of IgG,OPN,and IL-2.The expression levels of these markers were compared among groups and analyzed for correlation with liver fibrosis. Results Serum IgG and OPN levels were significantly higher in the mild, moderate, and severe fibrosis groups compared to the no fibrosis group, and their expression levels showed a positive correlation with the severity of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B(P<0.05).In contrast, serum IL-2 expression was significantly lower in the severe fibrosis group, with its level decreasing as the degree of fibrosis increased, showing a negative correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IgG and OPN were positively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B,while IL-2 was negatively correlated.Combined detection of these three serum biomark-ers may provide a valuable reference for assessing the severity of liver fibrosis.关键词
