摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jieshitong Capsule combined with extracorporeal shock wave litho-tripsy(ESWL)in the treatment of ureteral stones.Methods Fifty-two patients with ureteral stones admitted to our hospi-tal from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as participants and randomly assigned to a control group and an observa-tion group using a random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group underwent ESWL alone,while the observation group received Jieshitong Capsule combined with ESWL.Clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited fewer postoperative hematuria episodes,shorter stone expulsion time,and shorter length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in pre-treatment inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Post-treatment inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jieshi-tong Capsule and ESWL demonstrates ideal efficacy in treating ureteral stones and warrants widespread clinical promotion.
