Postoperative exercise protocol development following pancreaticoduodenectomy:a summary of best evidence
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aims to summarize the best available evidence for developing exercise protocols after pancre-aticoduodenectomy,providing references for hepatobiliary surgical staff to design individualized postoperative exercise plans and enhance patients'postoperative physical conditions.Methods Following the 6 S Model of Evidence Resources pyramid model,a comprehensive search was conducted in Chinese and international evidence-based resource databases,comprehen-sive databases,and relevant association websites for evidence on postoperative exercise protocols after pancreaticoduodenec-tomy.The search period was from database inception to September 2024.Two researchers independently evaluated the qual-ity of the literature and extracted and integrated the evidence using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)model of evidence-based healthcare's literature quality assessment tools and evidence grading system.Results A total of 15 articles were included,comprising 4 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,1 systematic review,3 randomized controlled trials,and 4 quasi-experimen-tal studies.Overall,35 pieces of best evidence were summarized across seven aspects:exercise assessment,timing of exer-cise,exercise intensity,exercise modality,exercise planning,exercise monitoring,and evaluation indicators.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence available for developing postoperative exercise protocols following pancreaticoduo-denectomy.It is recommended that hepatobiliary surgical staff effectively apply this evidence in combination with clinical practice and patients'preferences.关键词
