蒙脱土对丙烯酸树脂感湿材料性能的改善作用
Effect of Montmorillonite on Improving Properties of Acrylic Resin Moisture Sensing Materials

Abstract
In this paper,montmorillonite(MMT)was used to improve the performance of acrylic resin(PAC)humidity sensitive material,so as to further improve its humidity sensitive response.The results show that in the humidity range of 11%RH~95%RH,the humidity sensing response time of PAC@MMT composite is 1.5 s,which is 3.33 times higher than that of PAC.In the humidity range of 30%RH~95%RH,the sensitivity of PAC@MMT humidity sensor is 73.66 kΩ/%RH,which is significantly higher than that of PAC humidity sensor(30.66 kΩ/%RH),and the average power consumption is 41.77 μW,which is significantly lower than that of PAC humidity sensor(71.68 μW).The linear correlation coefficient reaches r=0.9941.At the same time,PAC@MMT humidity sensitive devices have excellent thermal stability and long-term stability.关键词
