肝硬化患者QT间期研究新进展
New research progress in QT interval of patients with liver cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Many studies have shown that cardiac involvement of cirrhosis may lead to impaired cardiac function and electro-physiological abnormalities in patients,the latter of which is manifested as prolonged QT interval,which is closely related to the severity of the disease and may cause adverse effects on the prognosis of patients with cirrhosis.However,the heart damage in pa-tients with cirrhosis is often insidious,without obvious symptoms in the resting state,and the QT interval is overlooked,leading to the failure to identify and intervene in time when the QT interval extends,resulting in different degrees of cardiac function dam-age in patients in the stress state,and may even be life-threatening.At present,there are few studies on QT extension in patients with cirrhosis,and the incidence,mechanism,influencing factors and prognosis of QT extension in patients with cirrhosis are ex-pounded,in order to lay a foundation for further research on prevention and treatment strategies.关键词
