Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pneumatic therapy combined with ankle pump exercise in postpar-tum patients after cesarean section. Methods A total of 66 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section at Kangding Second People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were randomly allocated to a control group and a study group, with 33 cases each. The control group received ankle pump exercise intervention, while the study group received additional pneu-matic therapy. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in hemodynamic indicators or coagulation function indicators(P>0.05).Similarly,there was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).Af-ter surgery, the study group showed a shorter thrombin time, longer prothrombin time, and higher levels of D-dimer,fi-brinogen,and all measured hemodynamic indicators compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pneumatic therapy and ankle pump exercise reduced adverse reactions,im-proved hemodynamic parameters, and enhanced coagulation function in cesarean section patients.关键词
