摘要

Abstract

To systematically evaluate and diagnose regional water resources carrying capacity(WRCC),this study proposes an innovative four-element continuous semi-partial subtraction set pair potential(FCSSP)model by integrating partial connec-tion number theory and linkage component transferability principles.The model dynamically allocates discrepancy degrees within set pair analysis,overcoming limitations of conventional methods.Applied to the Jianghuai hilly region(2011-2018),the results reveal:① Hefei maintained persistently critical WRCC status(Grade Ⅲ),indicating severe carrying pressure;② Chuzhou,Lu′an,and Anqing demonstrated progressive improvement from Grade Ⅲ to Ⅱ;③ Diagnostic analy-sis identified five key vulnerability indicators:per capita water resources,water yield modulus,vegetation coverage,GDP per capita,and ecological water use ratio.The FCSSP model exhibits enhanced physical interpretability and diagnostic precision,providing a methodological advance for WRCC assessment and sustainable water management in heterogeneous regions.
