摘要

Abstract

It is briefly introduced that carbon quantum dots,as a new type of nanomaterials with a particle size of less than 10 nm,have been widely used as fluorescent nanoprobes due to their unique photoluminescence properties,fluorescence stability,low toxicity,and good biocompatibility.According to the concept of green chemistry,the recent progress in green chemistry of carbon dots materials as fluorescent probes is reviewed in detail,especially focusing on the starting materials(especially biomass raw materials)and synthetic methods,as well as their green chemistry applications for the detection of heavy metal ions and organic small molecules of environmental pollutants.Looking ahead,further development of multifunctional and integrated carbon dots material as fluorescent probes still needs to be endeavored.
