摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(AD),lens thickness(LT),axial length(AL),mean corneal radius of curvature(CR),and axial ratio(AL/CR)on the refractive sta-tus of adolescents, and to assess the diagnostic value of AL/CR for myopia. Methods This retrospective study analyzed 4,564 children(9,128 eyes)with suspected refractive errors at our hospital from September 2020 to February 2023.Optical biometry and cycloplegic refraction were recorded to calculate AL/CR and spherical equivalent(SE).Data were analyzed for normality(K-S test),correlation(Pearson),and diagnostic reliability(ROC curve),with SE≤-0.50D as the gold stand-ard of myopia criterion. The reliability of AL/CR as a diagnosis of myopia was analyzed. Results AL,CR,CCT,AD,LT,and AL/CR were correlated with SE(r=-0.754,0.025,-0.024,-0.488,0.408,-0.873;all P<0.05).The ROC AUC values of AL,CR,CCT,AD,LT,and AL/CR were 0.915,0.526,0.523,0.797,0.227,and 0.949,respec-tively.Using AL/CR>3.014 1 as a diagnostic indicator of myopia, its sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were 0.882,87.75%,and 0.866,respectively,with a Kappa coefficient of 0.714.Conclusion AL/CR is a highly valuable diagnostic in-dicator for myopia in adolescents.关键词
