Research advances in biomechanical mechanisms and intervention strategies for osteoporotic fractures
摘要
Abstract
Biomechanical research focuses on the mechanical behavior of organisms under external forces and their intrinsic mechanisms.In the treatment of osteoporotic fractures,biomechanical applications prioritize optimizing mechanical stability at fracture sites to effectively promote fracture healing.This article reviews the biomechanical mechanisms underlying osteo-porotic fractures,with emphasis on changes in mechanical stability within the fracture environment and associated cellular signaling pathways.Additionally,it analyzes biomechanics-based intervention strategies,including optimization of external fixation devices,biomaterial applications,physical therapy,and pharmacological treatments.By synthesizing recent ad-vances,this review aims to provide theoretical foundations for clinical treatment and inform future research directions.关键词
