A Scientific Comprehension of the Profound Implications of Coordinating Our Efforts in New Industrialization,New Urbanization,and All-around Rural Revitalization

Abstract
A scientific understanding of the major strategic orientation of"coordinating the new in-dustrialization,new urbanization and the all-round revitalization of the countryside"proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development and Chinese modernization.The"parallel-track"de-velopment process of China's modernization,characterized by the overlapping advancement of industrial-ization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization—particularly under the current complex and ever-changing external environment—have increased the importance and urgency of coor-dinated efforts in these areas.It is essential to integrate the leading role of strengthening new industrializa-tion with the guiding role of strengthening new urbanization and the supporting role of comprehensive ru-ral revitalization.The development of urban-rural integration should be promoted through three dimen-sions:the urban-rural continuum,cross-border solution to urban-rural problems and network-based ap-proaches to urban-rural problems.County-level regions should serve as the strategic focal point for coor-dinating the advancement of new industrialization,new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitaliza-tion as a whole.关键词
