摘要
Abstract
This article provides a brief introduction to the structure of the oxygen heterocyclic[2.2.1]bridge ring and its natural products.It specifically introduces various methods for constructing the framework of the oxygen heterocyclic[2.2.1]bridge ring in recent years,including the synthesis of substituted epoxy compounds as precursors,the construction of free radical reactions induced by organic mercury compounds,the construction of Prins tandem cyclization,the construction of metal Lewis acid catalyzed(bismuth trifluoromethanesulfonate,transition metals)tandem reactions,and the construction of TMM cycloaddition reactions.Each method has its own shortcomings.This article summarizes various methods for constructing oxygen heterocyclic[2.2.1]bridge rings in recent years,and looks forward to the improvement direction of future methods for constructing oxygen heterocyclic[2.2.1]bridge rings.关键词
