摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in treating urolithia-sis.Methods A total of 100 patients with urolithiasis were randomly divided into a control group with conventional surgical treatment(n=50)and a study group that underwent ESWL(n=50).Clinical efficacy,complications,hospitalization dura-tion,and costs were compared between the groups.Results The study group exhibited a significantly higher overall re-sponse rate and degree of satisfaction compared to the control group;the complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group;hospitalization duration and costs were significantly reduced in the study group,all with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy demonstrates superior clinical efficacy for uroli-thiasis,with reduced complications,shorter hospital stays,and lower costs compared to conventional surgery,making it a valuable treatment option.关键词
