摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic outcomes of vitrectomy in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods Fifty PDR patients treated at our hospital were randomly assigned to two groups using a lottery method.The control group underwent 20G vitrectomy,while the observation group received 23 G vitrectomy.Results Postoperative comparisons revealed statistically significant differences between the two groups in best-corrected visual acuity,ocular sur-face function indices,and complication rates(P<0.05).Both groups showed statistically significant improvements in intra-group comparisons of ocular surface function indices,ganglion cell layer(GCL),and inner plexiform layer(IPL)thicknes-ses before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy effectively improves visual acuity,retinal layer thicknes-ses,and ocular surface function in PDR patients,with the 23G technique demonstrating superior safety and clinical out-comes.关键词
