基于CiteSpace分析旋覆代赭汤研究趋势及热点
A Visual Analysis of Study on Research Trend and Hotspots Xuanfu Dazhe Decoction Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the relevant literature on Inula and Hematite Decoction using bibliometrics,deeply explore the current research status and discuss its research hotspots.Methods:Computerized searches were conducted in databases such as CNKI,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to February 1,2024,for relevant literature on the study of Inula and Hematite Decoction.NoteExpress software was used to merge and eliminate du-plicate references.CiteSpace 6.3.R6 software was employed to conduct a visual analysis of the annual publication volume,authors,pub-lishing institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 878 articles were included,covering 220 journals,among which the journal with the highest number of articles was Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine.There were 1 589 authors involved,with Yuan Hongxia having the highest number of articles.A total of 874 institutions were involved,with Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine having the highest number of articles.A total of 260 keywords were included,with"Inula and Hematite Decoction"having the highest frequen-cy and centrality,followed by"reflux esophagitis","traditional Chinese medicine treatment","therapeutic effect",and"hiccups".From the co-occurrence and cluster analysis of keywords,it can be seen that the current research on this formula mainly focuses on the clinical treatment of related diseases,mainly including reflux esophagitis,hiccups,gastroesophageal reflux disease,and vomiting.Conclu-sion:The research hotspots of Inula and Hematite Decoctionmainly include its clinical application directions and the therapeutic effects of TCM.Exploring the pharmacodynamic components and therapeutic pathways through clinical application and experimental analysis methods to clarify the mechanism of action is the future research direction.关键词
