Preparation and Biological Application of Polymer Cubes by PS-b-PEO Self-assembly
摘要
Abstract
Using amphiphilic block copolymer PS637-b-PEO161 as a template and combined with microfluidic technology,the continuous preparation of ordered polymer cubes(PCs)was achieved.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed an ordered pore structure on the spherical surface of PCs.The sectioning results of focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB)showed that PCs have rich pore structures.The fluorescence confocal microscopy(LSCM)results showed that PCs had significant adsorption capacity for bovine serum albumin(BSA).Cytotoxicity experiments have shown that the material has good biocompatibility.关键词
