基于"苦欲补泻"理论探讨温药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎
Exploring the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis with Warm-natured Medicinals Based on the"Bitter-Desire Tonification-Purgation"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The core pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC)lies in the dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidney.Spleen disorders readily result in endogenous dampness,leading to fluid retention and impaired gastrointestinal function;liver disorders disrupt qi move-ment,causing emotional stagnation and liver qi depression that further aggravate digestive dysfunction;kidney disorders manifest as yang deficiency,resulting in insufficient spleen yang and exacerbated intestinal disorders.Therefore,restoring the normal physiological func-tions of the liver,spleen,and kidney is crucial in UC treatment.Sweet-warm medicinals tonify spleen qi to restore its transportation-transformation function while alleviating liver qi stagnation and regulating liver-spleen imbalance;pungent-warm medicines disperse liver qi,regulate qi movement,and assist in supplementing kidney yang.Bitter-warm medicinals dry dampness and warm yang,dispelling cold-dampness retention.Combined application of these medicinals can achieve yang-warming,dampness-eliminating,and qi-regulating effects to restore the normal physiological functions of the liver,spleen and kidney.However,clinical application should balance warming and clearing,harmonize cold-heat properties,avoid exclusive use of warm-tonifying formulas.It is necessary to incorporate medicinals for dissipating dampness,cold and relieving obstruction to guide qi movement.关键词
