摘要

Abstract

A SEIQR epidemic model with double linear infection rate in incubation period and saturating infection rate in infection period was established,and the basic regeneration number of the model is defined.The stability of the disease-free equilibrium point and the local equilibrium point is proved by LaSalle principle and the second additive composite matrix.The correctness of the conclusion is verified by numerical simulation and the influence of isolation strategy on disease transmission is discussed,which provides a useful reference for the formulation of actual prevention and control strategies.
