火龙罐联合耳穴压豆治疗老年心肾不交型不寐临床观察
Clinical Observation of Fire Dragon Cupping Combined with Auricular Acupoint Bean Pressing in Treating Senile Insomnia due to Heart-Kidney Non-Interaction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing in treating senile insomnia due to heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome.Methods:A total of 116 elderly patients with insomnia due to heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome were randomly divided into the Western medicine group and the treatment group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received Deanxit,while the treatment group underwent fire dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing.Changes in insomnia severity index(ISI)scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,ISI and PSQI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Symptoms such as irritability,diffi-culty falling asleep,dizziness,and tinnitus improved more significantly in the treatment group compared to those the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,no significant differences were observed in alleviating night sweats and hot flashes(P＞0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was 86.20％,significantly higher than the 65.51％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fire dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating senile insomnia due to heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome,whicn can effectively improve their symptoms and sleep quality.关键词
