摘要

Abstract

Traditional forecasting methods often cannot handle complex and nonlinear demand forecasting tasks,an iWOA-iTransformer model has been established to address this issue.By using an improved whale optimization algorithm to optimize the hyperparameters of the Transformer improved model,a nonlinear model suitable for multiple variables is established,namely iWOA-iTransformer model.The model was experimentally validated using the Alibaba Cloud Infrastructure Supply Chain Inventory Management Decision Dataset,and the results showed that the iWOA-iTransformer model has high accuracy in material demand forecasting.
