摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the pathogen species of postharvest peach and carry out biological control of peach post-harvest rot.In this study,the fresh and healthy peach fruits from Jiangsu and Shandong provinces were stored at room temperature,and the pathogen isolation,pathogenicity determination and molecular biology identification of rotten fruits were carried out.The effect of Bacillus licheniformis W10 on the preservation of postharvest peach fruits was investiga-ted.The results showed that a total of 16 species of fungi were isolated from the rotting peach fruits,among which Dia-porthe eres,Botryosphaeria dothidea,Alternaria alternata and Diaporthe amygdali had higher frequency in peach fruits from different habitats.The pathogenicity of Diaporthe eres,Botryosphaeria dothidea,Diaporthe longicolla,Diaporthe phaseolorum,Neopestalotiopsis rosae,Colletotrichum aenigma,Diaporthe celeris,Diaporthe amygdali,Botrytis cine-rea and Aspergillus flavus was strong or relatively strong.The preservation tests showed that Bacillus licheniformis W10 bacterial suspension treatment could significantly reduce the rot rate of peach fruits during storage,and had no effect on weight loss and soluble solids content of peach fruits during storage.The results provide a reference for the control of postharvest peach diseases and the further application of biocontrol bacterium W 10 strain.
