李建生从"尘痹肺络、积损伤正"论治尘肺病经验
Professor Li Jiansheng's Experience in Treating Pneumoconiosis Based on the Theory of"Dust Blocking the Lung Collaterals and Accumulated Injury Damaging Healthy Qi"

Abstract
Professor Li Jiansheng thinks that the core pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis lies in"dust blocking the lung collaterals and ac-cumulated injury damaging healthy qi."That is to say,dust-induced dryness and toxicity obstruct the lung collaterals,leading to gradual deficiency of the lung,spleen,and kidney.This results in the production of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,ultimately exacerbating the disease.Based on this pathogenesis,Professor Li has established a treatment principle of"tonifying deficiency,moistening dryness,resolving phlegm-stasis,and dissipating stasis accumulation."He has developed specialized formulas for pneumoconiosis:Yangqing Pneumoconiosis Formula;Jinshui Pneumoconiosis Formula.Additionally,he has also introduced respiratory guidance exercises to strengthen healthy qi and unblock collaterals.Centered on the core pathogenesis,Professor Li's team has constructed a TCM diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation system for pneumoconiosis.This system includes an outline of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes,an expert consensus on pneumoconiosis rehabilitation,and a technical manual for TCM rehabilita-tion,providing standardized and systematic clinical protocols.Professor Li's therapeutic approach effectively alleviates the clinical symp-toms,enhances their exercise endurance,and improves daily living capabilities in pneumoconiosis patients,offering novel strategies and approaches for its treatment.关键词
