南美斑潜蝇不同种群生物学特征的比较分析OA北大核心

南美斑潜蝇[Liriomyza huidobrensis(Blanchard)]是我国蔬菜与花卉等作物上的重要入侵害虫,对不同种群南美斑潜蝇的生物学特征进行对比研究,以期明确其对入侵环境的适应性.本研究测定新疆番茄、云南豇豆和云南丝瓜等3个南美斑潜蝇种群的产卵量、卵孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率和蛹形态特征等生物学指标.结果表明:新疆番茄南美斑潜蝇种群的产卵量、蛹长显著低于云南豇豆种群,但其羽化率、发育历期显著高于云南丝瓜种群;3个南美斑潜蝇种群的卵孵化率、化蛹率、蛹宽和蛹重均无显著差异.研究结果说明寄主植物与地理因子均影响南美斑潜蝇的生长、生殖等生物学特征,为深入了解南美斑潜蝇对入侵环境的适应性及对其开展绿色防控研究提供理论基础.

The invasive leaf miner Liriomyza huidobrensis is a notorious pest of vegetables and flowers in China.Un-derstanding the biological performance of different populations of L.huidobrensis provides the foundation for clarifying its adaptability to novel environments.In this study,various biological characteristics,including egg production,egg hatch-ing rate,pupation rate,eclosion rate,and pupal morphology,were assessed within three L.huidobrensis populations:Yunnan cowpea,Yunnan luffa,and Xinjiang tomato.The results showed that the number of eggs and pupal length of L.huidobrensis on tomatoes in Xinjiang were significantly lower than those in the Yunnan cowpea population,while its emergence rate and developmental duration were significantly higher than those in the Yunnan luffa population.However,there was no significant difference in egg hatching rate,pupation rate,pupal width,and pupal weight among the three populations of L.huidobrensis.This study found that both host plants and geographic factors can potentially affect the re-productive and other biological characteristics of L.huidobrensis populations.The results provide a vital theoretical basis for understanding the invasion and environmental adaptation of L.huidobrensis,as well as for implementing environmen-tally friendly control strategies.
